If FMNA sells all or part of the Site or makes a sale or transfer of assets or is otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, FMNA may, in its sole discretion, transfer, sell or assign your Personal Information and/or IP address information to a third party as part of or in connection with that transaction. Upon such transfer, the Privacy Policy of the acquiring entity may govern the further use of your Personal Information and/or, IP address information.

privacy.officer@fremantlemedia.com.

Third-Party Advertising and Partnerships with Other Sites:
The Site may include third-party advertising. These third parties' online services, websites and advertisers, or the Internet advertising companies that work on their behalf, may use technology to send (or "serve") the advertisements that appear on the Site directly to your computer. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use certain technologies to deliver advertisements, collect information about the effectiveness of their advertisements, and to collect anonymous information about your visits to the Site, such as the number of times you have viewed an ad (but not your name, address, or other Personal Information). For more information about these specialized technologies, and how to "opt out" of information collection by these companies, we suggest you visit the privacy policies and terms of use/service for these companies.
Please note that the Site may provide access to other partner experiences that will not follow the same Privacy Policy as the Site. For instance, selecting an interface or other elements on the Site may take you to an entirely different online service controlled and operated by another company. These other services may use our logos or sub-brands as a result of a co-branding agreement; however, these services may use their own methods of collecting data, including Personal Information, and may make use of that data in ways that the Site would not. This Privacy Policy will not apply to Personal Information or any other data collected from or provided by you in connection with such partner experiences or partner services. You should check the partner's applicable privacy policy to determine how that partner will handle such data.
-
Your Choices:
You can use the certain features of the Site without providing any Personal Information, but if you decline to provide Personal Information, you may not be able to use certain services or features.
-

It may be possible for third parties not under our control to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. If you believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us of the problem by emailing privacy.officer@fremantlemedia.com.

Changes in Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we amend this Privacy Policy to permit material changes in the way we collect, use, and/or share your personal information, we will notify you of such amendment by sending you an e-mail at the last e-mail address that you provided us, and/or by prominently posting notice of such amendment on the Web sites covered by this Privacy Policy. Any such amendment to this Privacy Policy will be effective thirty (30) calendar days following either our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or our posting of notice of the changes on the Web sites covered by this Privacy Policy. Please note that, at all times, you are responsible for updating your personal information to provide us your current e-mail address. In the event that the last e-mail address that you have provided us is not valid, or for any other reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the amendment described in the notice. In any event, an amendment to this Privacy Policy may permit material changes in the way we use and share personal information that you provided us prior to our notification to you of such amendment. If you do not wish to allow such material changes, you must so notify us (in the manner we specify) prior to the effective date of the amendment. If you provide us this notice, we may choose to deactivate your account. Please be advised, however, that, regardless of whether you provide such notice to us, any such amendment to this Privacy Policy will apply to any personal information that you provide us on or after the effective date of such amendment.
12. Mediation
You also agree that, in the event any dispute or claim arises out of or relating to your use of the Site or this Privacy Policy that you and FremantleMedia will attempt in good faith to negotiate a written resolution of the matter directly between the parties. You agree that if the matter remains unresolved for forty-five (45) days after notification (via certified mail or personal delivery) that a dispute exists, all parties shall join in mediation services in Los Angeles, California with a mutually agreed mediator in an attempt to resolve the dispute. Should you file any arbitration claims, or any administrative or legal actions without first having attempted to resolve the matter by mediation, then you agree that you will not be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees, even if you would otherwise be entitled to them.

PRIVACY POLICY
Data Protection Statement
Welcome to Rebecca Bonbon! The site is provided by FremantleMedia North America, Inc. (“FMNA”) (collectively, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes the type of information we may collect from you, how we may use such information, who we may share it with, and how you can correct or change such information.
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") requires that we inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age; and that we obtain the consent of parents and guardians in order for children under 13 years of age to use certain features of our Web sites. Below we explain how we do that for these "kids." Also, when we use the term "parent" below, we mean to include legal guardians.
If you have any requests concerning your personal information or any questions with regard to these practices please contact the FMNA Privacy Officer by e-mail at:
privacy.officer@fremantlemedia.com.
You can do a lot of things on this website without providing us with any type of personal information. We do not collect personal information from kids unless you specifically register on this site. Typically, kids will register in order to participate in sweepstakes or contests or to participate in a special activity.
What information do we collect?
The only information we collect from kids during our registration process is a kid's first name, parent's e-mail address, kid's birth date, member name, and password. We collect birth dates to validate the ages of our guests, including kids. We do not collect any other personally identifiable information from kids during our registration process. We also will collect a kid's e-mail address from a parent for the purpose of sending the kid e-mail related to a subscription.
Note that all sites that are directed to children under 13 are prohibited by law from conditioning a kid's participation in an online activity on the kid's providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary.
We may collect personal information from parents in order to allow kids to participate in certain features located on this web site. In the course of a kid's participation in these features, a kid may also provide us additional information about himself or herself, such as the contents of his or her chat or message board postings. If a parent allows us to collect personal information about their kid, we may link certain information collected through technology (see the "Information Collected by Technology" section of our general Privacy Policy) to that personal information.
How do we use and share the personally identifiable information that we have collected about kids?
If a kid registers for a sweepstakes or contest, we use the parent's e-mail address to notify the parent of the kid's registration request. To personalize communications to a kid, we may use the kid's first name combined with the parent's last name and a mailing address provided by the parent when signing up for that specific product. We may collect a kid's e-mail address from the parent in order to send the kid a newsletter. In addition, personal information regarding a kid may be collected and used to enable a kid's participation in certain interactive features that may be available on this site. These activities may involve disclosure of a kid's personal information to third parties.
In addition, we may share a kid's personal information with third parties to the extent reasonably necessary to: protect the security of integrity of our sites; to take precautions against liability; to respond to judicial process; or to the extent permitted under provisions of law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies or for an investigation related to public safety.
How do we notify and obtain consent from parents for the collection of information from their kids?
We will normally not allow a kid under the age of 13 to enter into a sweepstakes or contest, or to participate in activities on this site that may require collection of personal information. Prior to doing so, we send parents an e-mail when their kid registers and enters a sweepstakes/contest or to participate in a certain activity. We provide parents 48 hours to refuse their kid's registration and entry in the sweepstakes or contest. If the parent refuses to allow the kid's registration and entry, we delete the kid's information from our database. If we don't hear back from the parent, we assume it is acceptable for the kid to be registered and entered in the sweepstakes or contest or to participate in the activity. Once a parent permits a kid to register, the kid will be able to enter future registration-based sweepstakes/contests or activities without any further notification to the parent.
If a kid wins a sweepstakes or contest, we notify the parent at the parent's e-mail address provided to us during the registration process and request that the parent provide their postal address for purposes of delivering the prize. We may publish a winner's first name, first initial of last name, city, and state of residence on our Web sites.
Before allowing a kid to use a feature of our Web sites that might result in the public disclosure of the kid's information to third parties on the Internet, such as posting on open message boards, we require a high level of verification to confirm that the parent has given permission for the kid's participation in such features. For example, we may require a parent to provide us credit card information, speak to a trained telephone operator or return by postal mail or fax a signed consent form.
How can parents access, change or delete personally identifiable information about their kids?
At any time parents can refuse to permit us to collect further personal information from their kid and can request that any personal information we have collected be deleted from our records. A parent can contact our customer service department to access, change, or delete the personal information that we have collected from his or her kid by sending an e-mail to privacy.officer@fremantlemedia.com. Please include the kid's name and the parent's e-mail address in the e-mail so that we can better assist you with your inquiry or request.
How will we notify parents if our Kids' Privacy Policy changes?
We may amend our Kids' Privacy Policy at any time. We will provide parents notice by e-mail of any material changes in the way we intend to collect, use, and/or share kids' personal information. Please note that, at all times, parents should update their personal information to provide us current e-mail addresses. We will apply material changes in our Kids' Privacy Policy only in conformance with applicable law, including any applicable provisions of COPPA that require parental consent.
Who can you contact with questions or concerns about our Kids' Privacy Policy?
If you need further assistance, please send an e-mail with your questions or comments to privacy.officer@fremantlemedia.com. You may also telephone us at 1-(818) 748-1100. (If you are not 18 years of age or older, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to call this number.)
